However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit—whether you’re refreshing your Casualwear collection or exploring our Featured Seasonal edits. Our returns policy is designed with the same commitment to reliability and ease that defines our secure payment system and global shipping.

Policy Overview

We offer a straightforward 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Most items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached can be returned for a refund or exchange. Please review the sections below for detailed instructions and any exceptions.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items Important

To ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Boxers (for hygiene reasons)
  • Football gear marked as “final sale” or customised items.
  • Any item from our Collections or Featured sections that was part of a limited-edition or final sale promotion, clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.

2. Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]” and include the details outlined in the template below.
  2. Receive Authorisation & Instructions
    We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the secure return address.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, including all tags. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package using a tracked and insured service to our Stirling headquarters. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  5. Confirmation & Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability. The process follows the same steps as a return. Once we receive your return, we will ship the requested replacement item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund and notify you immediately.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
