Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand by the quality of every piece. However, if something isn’t quite right, our straightforward policy is here to help.
Policy Overview
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Most items in new, unworn condition with original tags can be returned for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility & Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Be accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number).
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene for all our community, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Boxers (for hygiene reasons).
- Football gear marked as “final sale” or any customised items.
- Any item from our Collections or Featured sections that was part of a limited-edition or final sale promotion, clearly marked as such at purchase.
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.
Always check the specific product description at the time of purchase for any unique conditions.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the subject line: Return Request: [Your Order Number].
Step 2: Receive Authorisation & Instructions
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including our secure return address in Stirling.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible, with all tags attached. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package using a tracked and insured service to our headquarters. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Step 5: Confirmation & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds
- Timing: Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund.
- Amount: The refund is for the item’s purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability. The process follows the same steps as a return. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund and notify you immediately.
