• Delivery Options: Standard Shipping (£12.95 via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days) and Free Shipping (on orders over £50 via EMS, 15-25 business days).
• Title and Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the provided address. Legal ownership of the products transfers only upon receipt of full payment by us.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, Boxers, customised items, marked final sale items, and limited-edition pieces from Collections or Featured sections cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
